2-3 bedroom flat needed (mid May move in)

I'm looking for a clean 2-3 bedroom (ideally 2 bedroom but 3 is also ok) flat or house to buddy up and rent, preferably in a newly built or refurbished building.

I'm a 25-year-old software engineer working in central London 5 days/week in person. I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom flat to buddy up with anyone interested. I'm a friendly, calm, and open-minded person, respectful of your own space and time. I work in the office 5 days a week and relax at home on most weekends. I go to the gym in the evening after work and play tennis (sometimes football) on the weekends. I'm a tidy person and always feel responsible for cleaning up common areas (unless we get someone to do that for us). As I said, I respect one's personal space time, but I'm also open to doing some activities together if the person is interested.
