I'm typically out working between 08:30 - 18:00 every weekday (thought times vary a bit), and am more often than not away for weekends.
I don't have my own furniture to move, so looking for at least a bed and a little space for clothes and bike gear. I have my own mattress topper and bedding.
I have a car and a motorcycle, so off-road parking ideally for the bike!
Budget: around £600 pcm including bills, but can be flexible for the right place!
