Single man looking for quiet home! Good references

Looking for a quiet place to live. I prefer self-contained place such as a studio apartment or annex.

Previous tenancies include 5 years in a log cabin and a converted barn in the countryside, also a shared house with other professional tenants.

I have excellent references from 3 ex-landlords (5-7 years rental total) and the original agency (if they remember me!).

I'm always clean, organised and treat your property with great respect.

I have transport and can be out of town a little way, or in a small village. I would love to have some outside space where I can drink my coffee and possibly feed the birds if it's appropriate.

I am a professional, working online Monday to Friday. I work in web development & marketing for a company that organises running trips.

Sewing is a passion of mine and I'm hoping to be able to set my sewing machine up in the corner.

During the week I'll be working, and I also go out to the gym regularly. In the evenings I'm quiet and like to read or play games. At the weekend I love to go out to the woods and sometimes go camping.

I know my requests are specific but I'm just really hoping there is a room out there just for us!
