Seeking a double room in a friendly houseshare

Hi!
My name’s Zoe and i’m looking to move out of my current HMO in Reading after living here for a year.
I’m very sociable and friendly but also big on being respectful and fair in shared areas and keeping the house nice.

Would prefer an en suite if possible but not essential. I do have a car so need nearby parking for that

Ideally looking for a buddy-up situation (female only for this) or a sociable house share- would love to be mates with the people I live with.

I like to read and go on walks but also like a chat and the odd night out/pub :)
