i'm leaving university and student accomodation, looking for a spare room to move into from the end of August; i have a maximum budget of £600 per month prefer an ensuite or a very small amount of people sharing a bathroom, e. g. 2 per bathroom. i respect people's privacy and personal space and try my absolute best to make sure people around me feel comfortable
