Hello! I’m Joe Lynch, a 62 year-old from Northern Ireland, on the lookout for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. I’m searching for a room to rent with a budget of up to £800 per month, including bills also accept universal credit as an option.

A bit about me—I’m busy most days of the week and enjoy unwinding by watching football and visiting local pubs. I also I don’t mind a friendly chat whenever the opportunity arises! I take pride in being a responsible tenant who looks after their home with care and respect.
