Searching for a Flatmate/Double Room in Manchester

Hi, I’m a 25 year old professional looking for a double room/someone to share a flat with from the beginning of July. I’d like to find somewhere around the north/east side of town such as Green Quarter/Northern Quarter/Ancoats as I’ll be commuting to Oldham. However I’m open to living elsewhere for the right place.

Being near Victoria station/a tram stop on that route would be a bonus but not essential. I do need car parking which I am happy to be rented or on street. En suite preferred but not essential. Budget is around £800 including bills.

It would be great to share with someone who has similar interests. My hobbies include hiking, running and going to the gym. I love nights out, raves and festivals but also a chilled pint at the pub and nights in.

I’ve moved around and been in shared houses for the last 7 years so I’m respectful of peoples space and I am clean and tidy.
