Looking for one more housemate for a house share for the upcoming academic year as someone dropped out last minute. The house is in filton (near Frenchay campus, Abbey Wood train station, the retail park and a 30 minute bus or a 5 minute train from city centre) and is 675 a month not including gas and electric but should work out to 700 total. The lease starts on the 7th of September, and is a 6 bedroom house. The house comes with a biweekly house cleaner, a drive for 1 car and a large back garden, and 1 bathroom shared between 4 people.
