Working professional looking for a room

Hi there!

I’m looking for a cozy room in a friendly, easy-going household. I’m a professional freelance photographer and also work part-time in Worthing, usually with additional part-time shifts 4–5 days a week. My schedule varies — I’m often out for work, but I also do quite a bit of editing and other work from home, so I may be around the house fairly often. I really appreciate a calm, friendly and tidy atmosphere.

I’m respectful of other people’s space and like to keep things clean and organized — a peaceful home is super important to me.

I also have a little dachshund who’s been my best friend for 9 years. She’s incredibly sweet, well-behaved, and has never caused any trouble. I can happily provide a reference from my previous landlord to reassure you.
Location I am looking for : Preferably Worthing, walking distance to the center and train station not more than 15 minutes.
