Seeking room or flat/home for self + pooch

I’m a lawyer and post-graduate researcher, looking for a 6++ month rental or sublet for me and a very clean, small dog (preferably longer). I’d prefer to be within 30 minutes of the University of Manchester on public transportation or foot. I’m used to living with others in a variety of configurations, which means I value open communication and getting to know my housemates, but at a pace and space that works for them. I’ve lived in 14 cities and I’m happy to be in Manchester for at least a few more years! Also keen on buddy-ups.
