Kiwi looking for a new home!

Kia ora/hello! I'm Matthew, a 26-year-old from Aotearoa New Zealand working as a Senior Producer in an arts venue. I've been living in London for just over 2 years, and now looking for a new place to call home! My current tenancy ends on 22 Sep, so would love to move around this time.

A bit about me ~ I play piano (electric keyboard w headphones, don't worry!), love travelling, go to as many gigs and shows as I can, and am always up for a coffee or wine and a good chat! My job is fairly site-based so I'm in the office or travelling most days, but try to have roughly 1 day a week working from home / a local cafe. (can also get you free tickets to some funky shows!)

Very keen for a chill but social vibe in a flat, would love to be friends as well as flatmates, doing some activities together/having an occasional yap while also respecting each others space. I've been living with a lovely female flatmate for the past year and a bit in London Bridge, now searching for somewhere that feels a bit more homely and comfy!

I work in Clapham Junction and my partner lives in East Finchley, so somewhere with good connections to Mildmay/Northern Line/Waterloo trains would be preferred.
