Responsible lady looking for quiet room

I'm a lady in my 30s, no dependants, looking for a quiet, calm but also laidback place to live.

I'm mature/responsible and work full-time as a Client Care Coordinator in the healthcare sector.

My moving period would be June 2026, but I can be flexible with the date.

I'm looking for a quiet room, ideally as a lodger or in an annexe, and I'm looking for somewhere that is quiet at night (ideally from 10pm to 7am) for a good night's sleep.
I would prefer to live with just one person, maximum two.

I'm someone who is quite quiet in my habits. I enjoy fitness so often go out to the gym or for walks, maybe making a 20 minute meal in the evening. I keep to myself and don't need to have visitors.

I'm happy just to do my own thing, I will respect your space and vice versa 🙂.
