Student looking for urgent short term accomodation

We are students from the West Midlands, aged 21 and 24. We are recent graduates looking for a place for the summer, for a total of 3 months, and looking for 2 separate rooms. I am available to move from 05/07/2026 and have a budget of £750pcm each. I can share with anyone of any age, with no other restrictions.
I am looking for a completely furnished room, preferably near Leicester, Nottingham, Derby or Loughborough.
