Working professional seeking city centre en-suite

Hiya! I’m a kind, tidy and respectful working professional in architecture, looking for an en-suite room close to the city centre.

I’m seeking a minimum 6-month let and am ready to move in ASAP. I’m moving because I’m looking for a change of scene and a calm, well-kept home environment.

I work mostly from the office, enjoy cooking and going to the gym, and really value a clean and sociable home. I’m easygoing, considerate, and take pride in being a good housemate, mutual respect and good communication are important to me.

My budget is £800 pcm including bills (up to £900 max for the right place). Happy to provide references and have a chat if it sounds like a good fit!
