Seeking new residence

Looking for a place to live in Ipswich.

Have been in a five room HMO for over a year, because renting alone is expensive!

I’m tidy, and always clean up after myself. I have great morals and respect everyone as standard.
I smoke outdoors only.
Would like to be able have my children over on a weekends.
