4th Flatmate wanted - 4 Bedroom flat already found

We are 3 male students studying at the University of Glasgow, aged 20 years. We are looking for a 4th person to join us in applying for a 4 bedroom property we have already viewed. We really liked the property and have expressed our interest to the letting agent, but need a fourth person to complete the group before proceeding.

We are available to move as soon as possible and the rent is 675 pcm for each person.

We have taken a video during the viewing which we can provide for your consideration, in addition to the official listing. The property is on Carrington Street, about a 15 minute walk from Glasgow Uni and right next to a subway station, shops, and restaurants.

The three of us are relatively quiet and tidy, but also sociable. Hoping for someone friendly to complete the group.
