Recently move back to London after spending a while in Berlin (trying not to make it my whole personality). Ideally looking to live around bethnal green, hackney, dalston etc, but open as long as it's not too far from bank.

Working in events full time, so I will be out the flat at least 2/3 days a week. Ideally want to live in a semi social, respectful, tidy spot. Love my own time, but wont say no to hangouts, pub visits etc.

Will offer free FT subscription as a bribe if everything above didn’t convince you.

Open to long and short term sublets, anything immediately available onwards ill consider if its a good fit basically.

Typically into travelling, sports, art, gigs, clubbing, pub etc etc etc.
