Home in Cardiff or Bristol?

I'm a 32 year old female professional and I'm looking for a double room in Cardiff or Bristol, with other professionals or someone who is open to forming and looking for a share together. I'm looking for somewhere that feels more like a home than a student house. Please note: I don't wish to share/rent a household with children. I'm an auntie and I love them but just not for me living wise :)

I currently live in Monmouth and I'm looking to move to Cardiff or Bristol before the end of the year as I miss being in an area where there is more going on. I'm respectful of peoples boundaries and clean, but equally can be social/community minded so would be great to live with people who like that balance ☺️ Also love animals so happy to be in a household with them.

My must haves:
- Be able to work from home (my office is in Monmouth and will go there occasionally but will be predominately WFM)
- Have parking

High preferences:
- I miss having an outside space, a garden/outside area would be amazing

LGBT household not mandatory but living with people who are LGBT friendly/allies is important.

I'm flexible with move in dates as I'm temporarily at parents.
