Unusual - Seasonal Nomad seeks part-time base

I'm looking for a part-time base in the UK (for a total of 4-5 months a year between spring and autumn), preferably in a green area and with like-minded person/people.
I'm an expat Australian living in UK & EU and I travel a lot. (Spend winters in Oz & Bali, and summer in Provence, Holland & Ibiza) and Im now ready to find a base I can use when I'm in the UK.
Countryside nearby and quiet, and preferably a view, is important to me - so on the edge, or outside, London and about an hour train trip away would be great.
I'm looking for a good sized bedroom, and if possible, a separate office space, or even a whole studio/annex.
I have rented rooms long term in shared houses before (Somerset) and an annex house in Dorset another time.
When?...from AUG ‘26. I want to find somewhere I can rent in UK in autumn then the following spring, though even then I'll often be away a week or two a month.
***Note - I just want to find somewhere that I pay for when Im there, not for the months Im away.
When I'm away in summer and winter I can pack up my things so my room could be used by someone else. Some storage space in a cupboard to garage would be helpful at these times.

My preferences re pets - I love cats and have minded many for people before. If you have a dog my preference is a place with just one quiet one.

Bottom line is - I'm flexible, easy company, tidy, fun, have interesting stories, am a good cook, eco minded, positive thinking, non-smoking and self-aware and approve, so am good at sharing spaces.

Im looking for someone who has a spare space available who's interested in an easy part-time tenant.
