I am a quiet, clean and reliable working professional seeking a one-bedroom FLAT for SOLE occupancy. PLEASE note I am NOT looking to share, or for a double bedroom, I am looking for a ONE BED FLAT TO RENT ALONE. I am a 33-year-old single female with no children or dependents, a non-smoker, and someone who takes great pride in looking after my home.

I am in full-time employment and work from the office two days a week. I live a calm lifestyle and am very respectful of both neighbours and the property. I am able to furnish the apartment myself, though I am also open to a furnished property. I am ideally looking for a place I can make my own and comfortably call home for the foreseeable future.
