Looking for an ensuite room/studio/1 bed flat

Hi,

I'm 29 and a marketing professional. I took a career break from corporate last year September and have been working as a digital nomad doing data annotation this past year.

I completed my masters from Warwick last September and I begin a new job in Brighton from September 7, so I'm looking to move in the first week of September, preferably from September 1. I don't mind buddying up to get a shortlet/Airbnb/temporary stay of 1 - 2 months in the meantime until we find a great place. Also fine with teaming up with someone decent to get a 12-month let. £1500 is my cap bills inclusive. The cheaper the better.

I'm looking for a nice studio/ensuite/1-bed that is
i. No more than 2km from BN88 1NH where I'd be working and
ii. No more than 2km from the train station as I travel quite a bit

I like watching movies, listening to music, taking morning and evening walks. I'm more indoors than outdoors except when I travel. Having my own bathroom/toilet is very important to me.

I saw a few nice lets on a couple of platforms for rent so please hit me up if you're interested in teaming up with me to reach out to the landlord. Or we can jointly look for a space.
