Looking to move

Hello! 👋🏻

I'm looking for a new flat as I feel very unhappy in my current flat situation.

I've recently started a new job as a Social Media Content Creator and Video Producer for a marketing company all the way in Rossendale (Rawtenstall to be precise), but all my friends and family live in Manchester so ideally I would like a flat close to the x43 bus route so I'm looking for flats in:

- Manchester City Centre
- Strangeways/Cheetham Hill
-Higher Broughton
-Prestwhich
-Bury
Or maybe even Rawtenstall if the flat is perfect enough!

I also work as a freelance videographer, do some broadcast runner work here and there and do background acting for high-end film and TV so I'm plenty busy! My dream is to make it in the film industry in the future 💃🏻

I work 2 days from home so ideally I would like a flat with a desk. Hoping for a lively flat too 🙏🏻where tenants feel friendly and in general there's a nice atmosphere (don't want anything like my current flat situation(!)) My budget is £625 without bills and £725 with bills included.

A little bit about me:

I'm a Cinematography graduate who has a huge passion for filmmaking and photography, I've worked on a few films before and am actively pursuing my dream! That means I love going to the cinema, theatre, watching films etc. I also love playing video games and you bet your ass that I'll bring my PS5 over which can be used by all! I also love music and enjoy playing some tunes on my vinyl every now and then, and from time to time I do enjoy a cheeky pint here and there.

The new flat HAS to be LGBT+ friendly as I have a gf so they may come visit me from time to time :)
