Hi! I’m Kya - 24, friendly, respectful and working full-time in property. I’m currently looking for a clean, calm and cosy double room to call home, ideally with an en-suite and to share only with ONE flatmate. Also, new builds are preferred please! I’m trying to put as much information as possible so I don’t waste anyone’s time 😊

I’m super tidy, considerate and enjoy having a peaceful space to relax in after work. I love fashion, creating content and I’m always down for a good laugh but I also respect personal space and quiet time.

Ideally looking for:
• En-suite room (would also be open to my own separate bathroom)
• Sharing with 1 other female (max)
• Budget: up to £1000 incl. bills
• Location: East London preferred
• Available to move ASAP
