​Hi there,

​I am a 36-year-old professional looking for a double room in the Basingstoke area, with a budget of up to £700 per month. My current landlord is selling the property and moving away, so I am looking for a new place to call home.

​I work a hybrid schedule, spending 3 days a week at my office in Reading and working from home for the remaining 2 days. I am a tidy, respectful, and easygoing housemate.

​I do have a couple of specific requirements for my next place:
​Weekend Visits: My children stay with me every other weekend. My current landlord has been very accommodating of this, and I need to find a flatshare that is comfortable continuing this arrangement. When I have them for the weekend, we try to spend the majority of the day out of the property, so we won't be underfoot.

​Motorcycle Parking: I ride a motorcycle, so I would prefer a place with a garage, a secured parking area, or a communal bike shed for storage.

​I have been very lucky with my current setup and can easily provide a reference from my landlord to show that my weekend arrangement works smoothly and respectfully.
