Looking for a flatmate to co rent a 2 or 3 bed 🙌

Hey! I’m a full-time professional working near WestMinster, and I’m on the hunt for a friendly flatmate (or two) to co-rent a 2 or 3-bed somewhere in SW London - Putney, Barnes, or anywhere with a decent commute into central London.

A bit about me:
I’m sociable, tidy, and easy to live with. I work from home a couple of days a week, so I know how to keep the flat calm and focused when needed - but I also love a good flat dinner, weekend pub night, or Netflix binge when the mood is right. I cook a lot (big fan of Indian food and trying new cuisines), and I genuinely enjoy having a home that feels warm and lived-in, not just a place to sleep.

What I’m looking for:
Someone clean, respectful, and down to earth. I’m flexible on the vibe - happy with housemates who want their own space or ones who are up for being more sociable. As long as you’re considerate and communicative, we’ll get along great.

The plan:
Budget around £1,200–£1,500/month (my share). Ideally looking for an ensuite or a well-sized room. Happy to start the search together!
