Looking for room to rent. Student/NHS professional

I’m a masters student nearing graduation. I have also been working in the NHS for the past year. I’m a clean and tidy introvert who likes peace and quiet.

I’m looking for a spacious double room that can store my large 10” dobsonian telescope, a gaming/work setup, and a 2 feet fishtank. My fishtank is professionally kept with a dedicated stand. Though i can afford more, i have set the budget at £450 because i’m focused on saving at the moment.

I have attached pictures of my current room. I can provide references from my managers and the doctors i work with, and credit checks are also welcomed.
