21 yo student on placement, need flatshare ASAP

Hi, I’m Khalid! I am a clean, responsible, and easy-going placement student working in St Neots starting in mid September. I am urgently looking for a friendly house share and I am ready to move in immediately.

Since I will be working full-time during the week, I am looking for a relatively quiet and relaxed environment. I always clean up after myself and respect shared spaces. However, I am also very sociable and would love to live with people who enjoy having a chat in the kitchen, cooking together, or hanging out on the weekends, rather than a house where everyone just stays in their rooms.

I am financially secure with a confirmed placement salary, and I have my deposit and first month of rent ready to pay today. I am a non-smoker, I have no pets, and because my placement is part of my degree, I am fully exempt from Council Tax.

My maximum budget is £700 per month with bills included. I am ideally looking for a room in St Neots, Cambridge, or Bedford close to the bus routes. If you have a room available, I can provide my employment contract for referencing right away and would love to arrange a viewing as soon as possible.
