Subject: Room Inquiry – Second Year Biology Studen

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Melissa Justine and I’m a 21-year-old final year Biology student at Ulster university Coleraine. I’m currently seeking accommodation in Portrush or Portstewart for the upcoming academic year. Specially I would be looking for a double room with or without an en suite.

I wanted to express my interest and provide some context. Due to the ongoing student housing crisis, returning students like myself have found it increasingly difficult to secure campus accommodation, which has led me to look for options off-campus. I do not drive, so proximity to the bus or train is a key factor for me, and your property’s location would make commuting to university both feasible and convenient.

I’m a responsible and respectful tenant and can provide a reference from my previous campus accommodation if needed. I would be looking for an 8 to 9-month contract, in line with the academic year. I would preferably live in a house with all girls.

I completely understand if your preference remains with professionals or mature students, but I would greatly appreciate your consideration
