Looking for a room in Hastings & surrounding areas

Hi,

My name is Dave and I’m originally from Hastings, where I’ve lived for most of my life. I moved to Dartford a couple of years ago for a work opportunity, but I’m now looking to return home to East Sussex and settle back in the area.

I’m currently between jobs, having recently finished my previous role. I’m a Level 3 City & Guilds qualified Support Worker in Health & Social Care, with 9 years experience in care, so I’m confident of finding suitable work locally. My priority at the moment is getting settled back in East Sussex, having a day surgery (2 weeks recovery) and then I’ll be back to full term work asap.

Most importantly, I’m able to meet the rent while I’m between jobs. I can provide a guarantor if required, and I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into rather than just a short-term stopgap.

I’m a clean, respectful and considerate person and would treat your home as I would my own. I’m happy to be sociable and have a chat, but I also respect people's privacy and personal space.

I’m particularly interested in Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, Eastbourne and the surrounding areas, although I’m open to other parts of East Sussex for the right place.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, videography, live music and getting involved in the local community.
