Flex Move in - East Village

I'm moving as my landlady is looking to move back into her place so is no longer renting. I’d like to be closer to work (I’m a lawyer), so am looking to live in places with good connections to Stratford generally, preferably East Village, also open to Waterloo/E&C Bermondsey or Camden/KGX/Marylebone. Would like to be able to place a desk in my room.
I work in a hybrid pattern, but would go in 3-4days a week at minimum.
Preference for female flatmates or a mixed household.
Ideally I'd move from end May to mid June, but I have some flexibility up to potentially July, so happy to discuss.

I'm pretty chilled out (reading, doing pilates/playing frisbee) and independent, but also happy to hang out with housemates and gab over a silly tv show and a meal. I'm relaxed, friendly, tidy and respectful.
