Looking for short-term let (May-June)
Hi :) I'm a 25 year-old fiber artist and current postgraduate Textile Conservation student at the University of Glasgow studying. I'm traveling to Manchester in late May for a work placement at the People's History Museum. While the dates of my placement are rigid (25 May - 3 July), I can be flexible with the moving dates as necessary. I'd prefer to sublet/let a furnished flat with some character (painted walls, interesting furniture, fun decor, etc.), but am not too picky.
As a flatmate, I like to cook, keep community spaces as tidy as possible, and am always down to chat. No matter how early I wake up, I enjoy staying up late to read, listen to music (mostly goth, post-punk, and minimal techno), or to work on a sewing/art project. On the weekends, I enjoy thrifting/antiquing, going to galleries and museums, making art with friends, and going out to dance.
I would like a flatmate that I can be friends or acquaintances with, someone that's interested in going out for a drink or for having a glass of wine at home. I can be a pretty introverted at times, but also love to chat and be out and about. Feel free to message me with any additional questions, I look forward to hearing from you!
