WANTED: Flat / Annexe / House Share in Berkshire (or flexible on area for the right accommodation) - within the area of Bucklebury, Thatcham, Tadley, Newbury, Mortimer

Looking for accommodation to start end of May 2026.

About Me
I’m a quiet, tidy and respectful person, an IT professional and running my own business. I lead an active, outdoorsy lifestyle and love things like walking, cycling and paddle boarding whenever I get the chance. I’m a non-smoker and tend to keep a calm, low-key routine — I spend a lot of time either at my stables or relaxing at home with my cats, or baking cakes and brownies. I enjoy gardening and am very happy to help with garden care if needed. Overall, I’m easy-going, considerate of others’ space, and looking for a peaceful relaxing environment.

Accommodation Preferences
• Self-contained flat or Annexe
OR Quiet house share with a spacious bright double room (ideally with access to a second / spare room to put a desk, printer, chair for working at the computer)
• OR a long term house sit - for someone who travels a lot - let me look after your home, post, and garden
• Prefer to share with 1 other person
• Parking for one car required
• I would like some garage / shed space for storage of my sports equipment
• I would love somewhere quiet, close to nature, and with a garden, not on a busy road and not in a city centre
• Prefer something long-ish term

PETS
🐈 I have beautiful pedigree Somali cats who are quiet, loving, and very well-behaved
🐎 Horses but they won’t be moving in obviously! :) - I keep them in stables near Bucklebury, Berkshire

Only moving due to the current house owners wanting to move back into the current house - extensive building works will start soon to prepare it for their needs.
