I currently house share in Brookalnds in a 2 bed coach house and looking to stay within the brooklands/Broughton area.
My current tenancy expires on 01/10/2026 so start a new tenancy from this date, or even happy to start tenancy from 01/09 if the place is right to avoid losing out.
I work in Kingston, 7am-3pm Monday to Friday.
I enjoy going to the gym 5-6 days a week.
I am very respectful and keep my noise to a minimum.
I am extremely clean and tidy.
I am looking for a house share with an En suite preferable or a bathroom shared with 1 other so there is not long wait times to get ready in the morning before work.
I would ideally like to live with someone/people with the same etiquette.
