Ric and Jules seek accomodation

Ric and Jules are looking for accommodation for approximately 6 to 8 months and are available at short notice. During this period, we are in the process of establishing a permanent home.
We are looking for one of the following in inner London:

Existing household - spacious double room
Furnished flat or house – shared or sole use

For reduced rent, we can offer:
Companionship/oversight for a family member etc.
House care/security
Pet care
Gardening/plant care
Odd jobs/maintenance

We are an adventurous and creative couple. We both have a background in Art and Design. Jules works as an Art and Photography teacher and was born in Middlesbrough; Ric is retired and runs a not-for-profit website and was born in Wakefield. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, honest, considerate, capable and responsible couple. We moved back to London from Aotearoa/New Zealand just over a year ago, where we lived with our children for 30 years.
We are British citizens. We can provide character and other references. Jules is a registered secondary school teacher in the UK with a current enhanced DBS certificate. We both have BA and MA qualifications.
Our first preference is to live along the Thameslink or Elizabeth lines for easy access to work, family, and friends.
