- I’m an active person who enjoys climbing and swimming, so I’d love to live reasonably close to a climbing and and a 50m swimming pool.
- Only do very light cooking with minimal smells.
- Maintain a regular sleep schedule.
- Respectful of noise—no loud music.
- Keep personal hygiene high and avoid body odor.
- Always clean up after myself in shared spaces.
- Friendly and considerate flatmate, happy to communicate openly.
- Barely no vistors.
