I am a quiet, tech-focused individual looking for a stable place to call home. I am currently unemployed and receive benefits, so I am looking for a landlord or house share that is familiar with and accepting of benefit-based tenancies. I have a support worker who visits regularly to assist me with my daily routine and support needs.

​Technical & Security Setup
I am a dedicated networking enthusiast and manage my own professional-grade home server (a UNVR-Pro).
​Independent Connectivity: I require the opportunity to install my own dedicated broadband line at my own expense to support my network.

​Scooter Security: To ensure my 125cc scooter is secure, I use a UniFi AI PTZ Precision camera. This is a top-of-the-line 4K security unit. It is powered by a single Ethernet cable (PoE), meaning minimal wiring is required. I am happy to pay an extra monthly fee for the external mounting space and electricity usage.

​Living Arrangement: I am happy to share communal areas like the kitchen, but a private bathroom is essential for me.

​Inclusivity: It is important that my future household is LGBTQ+ friendly (specifically transgender-positive) and understanding of autism (Level
