Looking for flatmates in lovely flat in SE17!

Hi, I’m currently part of a really nice flat in SE17 and looking to fill 2 rooms coming available late July-August!

We are currently 5 flatmates, with 2 of us planning on staying long term and the others leaving in late July, end of August and mid September, with one flatmate returning from September-December to finish her master’s degree!

The two of us staying on are a female student (Emily, 22), entering her second year at KCL, and male professional (Riley, 22) working in social/disabled care and bartending at a pub nearby. We get on very well and are looking for more likeminded people to join our flat!

We are both creatives, interested in music, writing, painting and cooking. We enjoy a warm and homey atmosphere, and are wanting to decorate more (ik it’s pretty grey right now). Our other flatmates are also lovely, and we all get on very well! The landlord is very friendly and relaxed, and prompt if there are any issues:)
