PhD student seeks double room

I am a 24 year old male, 1st year PhD student at the University of Exeter. I am seeking a prefereably double room in a nice and friendly flatshare with a great group of people. I am pretty easy going, being clean and tidy, am sociable, do love a good pub trip but also quiet nights in. Apart from my busy PhD schedule, I go bouldering regularly, am an outdoor runner, and love the odd beach and dartmoor trip. I am looking for a place walking distance to the uni (Streatham campus), and looking to share with either postgraduates or working proffesionals.
