Kiwi looking for an ensuite room SW London!

Hi, I’m Clare! I’m 26, from NZ and will be soon working as an Occupational Therapist in Croydon. I have been living/working in Glasgow for the past 6 months but am now looking for an ensuite, furnished room in South or South West London. Ideally somewhere with good train links into Croydon as I will be hospital based so won’t be working from home. My budget is around £1,100 per month, and I'm available to move anytime after the 22nd June.

I'd describe myself as friendly, easy-going, and considerate. I’m looking to join a houseshare ideally living with people in their mid-20s to mid-30s who are friendly, outgoing, and independent. It would be great to find a house where people enjoy the occasional house trip to the pub, socialising together from time to time, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, while still respecting each other's personal space and busy schedules.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me at gigs, planning my next trip, exploring different parts of London, or rewatching Off Campus. I enjoy getting out and about, but I'm equally happy with a quiet evening at home after work.
