Lodger; from 1st March 2026; Joshua

From 01/03/2026 I’m looking for a bedroom and happy to look after your pets if you’re away, I work hybrid and looking for a longer tenancy across summer if I’m in the Liverpool area due to being closer to my office. Preferably close to a train station

I’m pretty flexible in what people are looking for, if you have house rules I’ll stick to them. Rules for pets, I’ll follow them. I’m domesticated in home routines, I like to cook most days or batch cook and if you’re interested I would regularly offer if you would like some of my cooking

I would prefer somewhere within a 30min proximity to a shoreline/beach or a mountain I can hike up,

I don’t have a pet with me and I’ve got no allergies. if I’m available to and if you’re at work, I would happily consider/offer to care for, walk or feed any pets if you are away; with given notice.

I’m fairly easy going too, if you had an issue with something I’m doing, please tell me; the way I see it, I’ll be in your home, if it’s easier to write a note I won’t take offence. It’s your space and I want to respect that.
