Lodger/Caretaker; Joshua, 33

Hi, I’m looking to for a bedroom somewhere on the quiet side, not a lot of roommates but happy if you regularly have people over. Also more than happy to look after your pets or property if you’re away. I’m handy and will keep your space clean and tidy but also happy to decorate a little bit if you wanted a hand. I work hybrid and i’m looking for a longer tenancy across winter/spring. Preferably not too far from a train station, something not too expensive as I’m currently paying for driving lessons and for a few online courses

I’m pretty flexible in what people are looking for, if you have house rules I’ll stick to them. Rules for pets, I’ll follow them. I’m domesticated in home routines, I like to cook most days and if you’re interested and around, I would regularly offer if you would like some and I won’t take offence if it’s really not your thing

I would prefer somewhere within a 30min proximity to a shoreline/beach or a mountain I can hike up but also quite happy next to a river

I don’t have a pet with me and I’ve got no allergies. if I’m available I would happily consider/offer to care for, walk or feed any pets if you are away; with given notice.

I’m fairly easy going too, if you had an issue with something I’m doing, please tell me; the way I see it, I’ll be in your home, if it’s easier to write a note I won’t take offence. It’s your space and I want to respect that.
