Looking for a flatmate / joining a flat

Hey everyone,

I’m Fred, 24, British/Belgian, & in the process of moving to Glasgow this summer.
I’m a creative who works freelance as a pen artist, and I’m in the early stages of an art business venture. I will also be pursuing a MSc in Urban Planning at the University of Glasgow.

Personality-wise, I’m a social introvert: thoughtful, easygoing and pretty self-aware (I hope). I am always down to grab a coffee or a beer, but also value space and quiet. I’m respectful of boundaries, and I keep common areas clean and considered. I’ve lived in shared flats before and understand how important it is to create a calm home environment where everyone feels at ease and respected.

Looking for:

Someone who enjoys both connection and independence. Whether we become close friends or just get along well as flatmates, I’m happy as long as there’s mutual respect and good communication :)
