Buddies up

Hello, I am looking for a double room near Bournemouth Train station (up to 20 minutes walk).
The room is for my parents when they visit me in July and August, after that, if it is possible, when they leave, I can take over the room.
I am doing MSc nursing at Bournemouth University, Lansdowne Campus. Hoping to find a close location to the campus.
My budget is 600-800 for one person including bills.
For the months my parents are staying (as a couple), the budget is 800-1000 GBP.
I am also looking for a place where they have a parking (can be off-road, on-road or garage).
Preferably en-suite, but shared bathroom is also fine.
