Professional couple seeking room in Reading

Yasmin is studying for a law master’s, on campus one day a week, so she’s mostly working from home or at the library. I work online and have a part time job alongside it.

A bit about us: we’re very quiet and keep to ourselves. No smoking, no drinking, no parties, no pets. We’re not the type to have people over or make noise. We’re clean and tidy and happy to keep on top of shared spaces.

We both have good savings and can provide references, proof of income and deposit straight away. Happy to answer any questions or provide anything you need for referencing.

We’re looking to move in as soon as possible and stay long term. Yasmin finishes her master’s in February and we plan to remain in Reading after that, so this isn’t a short let.

Budget is up to £1100 per month including bills. Parking is essential for us.
