31yo looking for a sociable house share

Hi, I’m Liam and I’m looking to move into a house share of like-minded, easygoing professionals who like to go for dinner or drinks on a weekend, hikes when the weather allows, or just trying new things. I’d prefer to hear from housemates looking for an addition to their circle, rather than agents or landlords.

I work as an ecologist, based out of Daresbury just SW of Warrington, so I’m looking for a place in either SW Manchester or S/E Liverpool, not far from the motorway. Off-road parking would be a big plus but not essential if street parking is possible.

Most weeks I’ll be out doing field work for a day or two, sometimes on the other side of the country for a few days at a time, so I won’t always be around mid-week. This means an outdoor space where I can clean and dry my boots would be handy.

I love getting outdoors whether it’s hiking, camping, birdwatching or just exploring. I equally enjoy vegetating in front of the TV, playing games, padel, gym, gigs, pub quiz or whatever else is on the agenda.
