Room around BPP Manchester in Oxford street

I am an international student. I applied to BPP Manchester located in Oxford street. I am currently living in Bristol. I am looking for a single room to rent in Manchester near Oxford road. Ideally, the room should be within walking distance to campus if possible or if far should be accessible via a single direct bus route (no multiple changes), as I prefer a simple commute.

My budget is under £500 per month (bills included). I’m looking for a quiet and clean space in a respectful household, suitable for a student.

My ideal move in date is from 1st July and plan to stay for the full academic year.
