Room Wanted £700-£800 Budget

Hi there,

My name is Seth and I’m originally from Christchurch, New Zealand. I’m currently on the search for somewhere to call home. I’ve currently been living in London for 7 months now and I’m loving it. I work as a social worker in secondary school based in Willesden. Outside of that I’m a sports head and enjoy watching any match of any kind of sport. I’ll be joining a rugby league team in Acton this year.

I like to think that I’m a very respectful person at home who values a great home life with those I’m sharing with but also respects the boundaries and space of others. Cooking, board games, the odd drink here and there, around the tv watching what’s the latest- count me in! Of course there are also plans to travel wherever and whenever I can.

Ideally I’d love to be based near the school I work at so anywhere around Willesden would be amazing. However, West London/Southwest London are areas I’m interested in.

My budget for now is £800 including bills but again, if the right place presents itself I could raise that higher.

I’m currently in a flat share with random people and there isn’t much of a home life. Would love to be somewhere where I can come home and have a good time with good people.
