We're two mates, both 22, starting new jobs in London in September and looking for a place to move into in August. We're easygoing, clean, and pretty quiet during the week - into cooking, the gym, and exploring the city at weekends.

We're looking for a 2-bed flat for just the two of us, or two rooms in a friendly house share if the right place comes up. Budget is around £1,800-£2,000 total (£900-£1,000 each). Ideally somewhere in East London - Forest Gate, Stratford, Leyton, Walthamstow, Plaistow, East Ham, or nearby - with a decent commute into central.

We both have jobs lined up and references ready. Non-smokers, no pets, and we promise we won't leave dishes in the sink!
