Double Room wanted in West Hampstead/Belsize Park

Hello!

I’m Lizzie (25) and I am looking for a double room to move into from mid-July or onwards.

I am looking in West Hampstead, Hampstead and Belsize Park. I’m also interested in surrounding areas including St John’s Wood or Swiss Cottage (not Kilburn). I currently live in West Hampstead and love it! My budget is £1250 (but this is flexible either way depending on room size/number sharing with).

About me: I’m 25 years old and work in Westminster for the Government. I am looking for a clean and easy-going household. I am sociable but also appreciate downtime in a household (my job can be quite stressful so somewhere relaxing is a must!). I want to live in a household with other professionals who are mature and not massive party-goers but also love occasional nights out to pubs/bars! I’m also a huge theatre fan and love Pilates :)

I would prefer an all-female household and max 3 in a flat/house. I also don’t mind a tenancy or living with a landlord (providing we get on well!).
