2 Bedroom House - Looking For A Roommate

Since my tenancy is ending in July, I was wondering if anyone would like to buddy up and rent this property with me? As I already live next door, moving in would make it very easy. I also have a car which I can use to help you move your belongings.
About me:
I am a mature student at the University of Exeter, training to be a radiographer. I will be in Year 3 this coming September and possibly do masters as well. I like to play Dead By Daylight on my PC or surf when I have free time. Alongside my studies, I work as a part-time chef at Artigianos.
