Hello this is Tea, 23F looking for a room to rent.

I am 23F, looking for a single or double room near my work place which is near Downing place (city centre). I am available to move from 05/03/2026 and have a budget of £600 pcm bills included (can negotiate if everything else seems prefect). I would prefer moving in a female dominated household. Ensuite room would be a dream but I am willing to compromise given a good location and lovely flatmate(s). I am a pure vegetarian but don't mind having non-vegetarian flatmates or any occupation and any age range, I am very easy going that ways and neat and tidy.
